Hello cuties~ I’m a Vtuber and artist who also happens to be demonic royalty!

Due to a few chronic illnesses, I am disabled and can’t physically work, so I am very grateful to all who give me the opportunity to take on a commission~

For commissions I offer four PNG options. By purchasing the full body option, along with the full image, you will also receive a cropped version to also use for discord reactive images (in order to maintain image quality).{for use of this website, all example images have been lowered in quality, you will receive a high quality transparent image via email when the commission is finished}

Depending on your design, the sizing may change slightly, but I try to keep the canvas size as small as possible so you can maintain image quality when using discord reactive images.

{Terms of Service}

illustration + Reactive PNG TOS

+ PAYMENT / AGE CONFIRMATION

  • You must be 18 years or older to order a commission

  • I only take payment through PayPal; full payment is required before the commission starts

  • To protect myself against false refunds / charge backs, by continuing with the commission process you are agreeing to provide your PayPal within Twitter dms to confirm the link between your PayPal and Twitter account; and are allowing me to use this information as proof for my bank only in the case of a false charge back

+ PERMISSIONS

  • By proceeding with the commission process, you are confirming you either possess permission from the character design artist to order this commission, or have ownership / rights over the character design being used as reference

  • In the case you find out after a commission is started or completed that you did not have permission from the original character designer to order this commission, a refund will NOT be rewarded

+ COMMERCIAL USAGE

  • You may not use any commissions ordered from myself to sell items or merchandise of any kind

  • You may use the paid for PNG(s) for any streaming / video purposes whether they are monetized or not

  • You may use the PNG(s) for any personal uses (social media, personal prints, etc)

+ REFUNDING

  • You cannot refund the commission after ordered unless you have not received an initial sketch yet or I have not responded back to you within 14 days with an update

  • Only a 90% refund will be given after you request a commission due to PayPal’s fee

  • By continuing forward with the commission process, you agree that you will not falsify any messages exchanged between yourself and the artist (myself) in order to receive a refund / in order to push a false narrative

  • If you refund the money used to commission one or multiple PNG(s) from me, you no longer hold the right to use the refunded commission for any purpose; personal or otherwise

  • I will always check in with you with updates for every step of the process, and will not proceed to the next step without your input. Thus if you don’t respond back to me, the progress will halt until I receive further notice from you. You cannot request / force a charge back / refund due to this halted process when you are the one not responding to my outreach

  • Don’t request a charge back, as I will transfer the money back myself

  • If you go against any of my TOS, you will be blacklisted from ever commissioning me again

Live2D Rigging TOS (previous TOS apply)

+ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • I reserve the right to publicly display/show off your model when showcasing my rigging process on all/any of my socials

  • If you wish to keep your model private let me know, it will cost an extra 10% fee (based on base price) if you wish for me not to show the model until it is finished and you have already showcased it

+ REVISIONS

  • While working on your model I will share updates throughout the entire process-- be sure to request any revisions you may want during these periodic updates

  • Once the model is fully finished and I have delivered it to you, it may cost an extra charge if you request revisions depending on how complex said revisions are

+ DEADLINES / DELIVERY

  • There is not a set time between updates for Live2d Models; however I will be in contact with you frequently

  • Depending on how many people are commissioning me at the moment; as well as what level of rigging you request, the rig may take a longer time than usual to finish

  • If you want the model rigged before a specific date or month let me know; if it must be done sooner than the time period of 2 months it will cost a commission priority charge that will cost between $100-$250 depending on complexity

  • If I cannot meet the deadline (sooner than 2 months) the $100-$250 commission priority charge will be refunded

+ RESELLING YOUR MODEL

  • Please let me know before reselling your model

  • If you come to the decision to refund your model, you cannot resell it for a higher value than you initially paid for the art + rig combined

+ COMMERCIAL USAGE

  • All Live2D models come with commercial rights (included in base price)

  • The completed model can be used in thumbnails, streaming, videos, in any kind of social media posts/promotions, etc as long as it isn't directly being used for merchandise (unless your model artist has said otherwise)

+ PAYMENT / METHOD

  • -- PAYMENT METHOD STILL BEING DECIDED (WIP)

  • The cost to be put on the waitlist costs 25% of the final rigging price

  • the 25% waitlist price can only be refunded if you wish to be taken off of the waitlist (if the payment method chosen takes a cut of the money transacted, the refunded amount will have said payment cut taken out of it)

  • Once you are no longer on the waitlist / if there is no waitlist 100% of the rigging price will be expected to be paid upfront

  • if you cannot pay 100% of the rigging price upfront; we will work out a custom payment plan

+ REFUNDING

  • Full refunds can only be provided if rigging has not started OR you have not received the first rigging update

  • Once a Live2D model has been started and you have received the first rigging update, you can no longer receive a full refund; if you request one after receiving an update we will discuss how big of a refund can be done (no more than 50% may be refunded)

  • If the payment method chosen takes a cut of the money transacted, the refunded amount will have said payment cut taken out of it

  • Don’t request a charge back, as I will transfer the money back myself

  • If you go against any of my TOS, you will be blacklisted from ever commissioning me again
